getting started Zotero and Safari or Google Chrome

I don't know where to find zotero on my google chrome nor on my safari. i downloaded it to my computer but i don't know how to connect it to these browsers or where to find them on the browsers.

    Start here: http://www.zotero.org/download/ and note that the right side of the screen tells you to install two things: Zotero and the Chrome connector (and if you also want Safari, then also the Safari connector). Have you done that?

    where will if find the connector? and where will i find zotero on the browser after i have done the connector, Please?

    the connectors will display an icon in the URL bar when Zotero recognizes a site (test e.g. here http://www.amazon.com/Wealth-Nations-Adam-Smith/dp/161382081X/ ). For other pages you can save basic information via right-click (ctrl+click)==> save Zotero Snapshot
    The main Zotero program (where you view, sort, annotate etc. your items) will run separately from your browser. It only runs _in_ the browser in Firefox.

    now i have new problems my harddrive crashed. gotta get it replaced. but will be applying what i am learning here wheni get it up and going .
