syncing issues with zotero standalone
Hi, I suddenly started to experience some syncing issues with zotero standalone. The syncing actually works with my home computer but it no longer syncs on my office computer. I get the following error message with the red error icon. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

sato.sThank you, working perfectly fine now!
-
dstillmanOut of curiosity, what did you do? Was this due to security software?
-
sato.sYes, it was due to the security software (kaspersky). But since I'm working with a university controlled computer, I couldn't temporarily disable the software. A quick uninstall of zotero standalone and uninstall-reinstall of Firefox with zotero extension did the trick. The university IT also informed me with how they can't support the standalone version but recommended that I stick with the Firefox extension.

dstillmanYeah, people have reported this problem with Kaspersky in the past.
