Using two local Libraries

Dear Zotero developer,
I would appreciate it very much, if you could help me with the following problem:
I use Zotero stand-alone on two computers, which I always synchronize with the database on my Zotero server. Things went well, until I have got all kinds of synchronization problems, from which I finally thought to get rid of by deleting my whole library from the server. I have also cleaned my both Zotero stand-alone local libraries, so that there is nothing to be synchronized and I can begin from scratch again. Well, I have saved my Library and was thinking of importing it first into one of the two standalone libraries. That would ‘fill’ my online library and then I could synchronize again en ‘’fill’ the second stand-alone library. Every library is empty now, but when opening one of my local Zotero libraries, after ‘’synchronization’’ with the empty directory online, I have got the following error message:
Component returned failure code: 0x80520012 (NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)[InsLicalFIle.isDirectory).
The report ID is 1417526927
I also was thinking of deleting my account, but I understand that by creating a new one, I could not use my user name again. What do I do wrong?
Thank you so much for your reply.
Best regards,
Ildikó

It probably would have been easier to address the underlying issue here.

How exactly did you do this?
    I have saved my library
    How?
I also was thinking of deleting my account
Please don't. That will not solve your issues.
  • Yes, please remember for the future that these sorts of drastic steps generally make things much harder for both you and us.

First, your online library is not empty — you have 1500 items that your client is trying to download repeatedly.

Second, that error isn't showing up in the error report. If you're still getting it, can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error?
