Can't install plugins

I want to install a plugin, but Zotero won't let me. I'm using the latest version of Zotero Standalone, and the add-ins page just doesn't load (it says "loading" forever). I can click on the small cogwheel and select "install from file" as I'm supposed to do, but no file selection window pops up.

Is this a known bug? Couldn't find a bug report regarding this. Really would like to install a plugin...

Provide an error report ID after restarting Zotero Standalone an opening the add-ons page:

Thanks! That's much easier error reporting than back in 2009 when I started using Zotero :-)
