Sorry, just noted that this also happens in Chrome - this must be a library bug.

I can replicate this, but it's not a Zotero issue, but a problem with that site (or, less likely, since it happens to me as well, with the proxy server). You can test this yourself: Disable Zotero's proxy redirection. Then paste http://journals.lww.com.kib.ki.se/epidem/Fulltext/2011/09000/DAGitty__A_Graphical_Tool_for_Analyzing_Causal.22.aspx
into your URL bar. You'll again end up at http://proxy.kib.ki.se/epidem/Fulltext/2011/09000/DAGitty__A_Graphical_Tool_for_Analyzing_Causal.22.aspx
(this is in fact what Zotero does).

This is a problem across browsers - happens in Chrome, where there is no Zotero proxy redirection at all, too.

no worries. Certainly looked like a Zotero bug at first sight to me, too.
