getting error message when attempting to synce

Hi am getting the error below when I try and sync, but cannot find offending reference to delete it?
Send auto error report last week
Appreciate your help

    1. Empty your Zotero Trash (bottom of the left hand panel) and try again.
    2. If that doesn't help, search for "Sue Cartwright" - note that the search only searches the currently selected database. You need to search every group library separately.
    You'll find the item in question.

    Found item in trash
    but it goes on to another error filed error report 954342175 for your info
    It also comes up with a message that I have not write access to make changes, sure I did not make any admin changes.

    Did you reset your groups when asked?
