All my references don't appear in Zotero

I have been working several months with Zotero, managing my thousands of references. I use an external hard drive where to store all my data, including sqlite files and pdf. This has been the way I have been working during the last months. And I didn't get any problem until now. I have just opened Zotero today, as every day, and my surprise was that none reference was showed in the database. Everything is white. However, my folders still appear on the left side but they are empty. Can anybody of you help me to restore my database.

I have to say that zotero.sqlite has more than 17 mb, so I suppose the information is still there and Zotero cannot read it in the correct way. Do you know if there is any problem with the new updates of Zotero when using Firefox on Windows? Do you know how to solve my problem?

    Check your database integrity in the Advanced -> Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.

    If that passes, try disabling your other Firefox extensions.

    If that doesn't help, provide a Report ID.

    I checked the integrety of the database and it said I had no errors on it. I will Report an ID.

    don't forget to disable all other Firefox add-ons as Dan requests.

    Thank you so much for your help, but I´ve just tried to disable all add-ons and nothing happens, the problem continues. Nevertheless, if you can find other type of solution, it would be more than welcome.

    provide the report ID, ideally still with all add-ons disabled.
