Can't cite anymore on Word 2013, but editing works... who can help?

    I have the same problem - see http://i42.tinypic.com/2jg9d6v.png. Also Word 2013. And I can also still edit, but can no longer add new items. I did figure out a workaround (copy/paste an already cited reference and then edit it - i.e. remove the copied, and enter the intended). But I guess there must be a better solution.

    Latest news: I opened the document on a different computer with Word 2010, worked on it a little bit, saved it and reopened it on mine again. Ever since citing has worked again properly, so far …
