cannot syncing

Both SA and FF zotero cannot syncing. The blue arrov enlessly turns for days..
And also any record cannot be deleted in."my library" account in the zotero server..
Unfortunately, I had tried to sync with another computer and the problem has started. I tried to reset sync etc. No way out

Should I wait new version?

    You have a massive upload stalled on the server, and it may be difficult getting it to go through. How many items do you actually have locally? Have you emptied your local trash?

    The next major version of Zotero will have a completely new sync architecture that will be much better at dealing with large libraries, but it's possible you're trying to upload way more data than necessary.
