error al intentar sincronizar

Identificador de informe: 253289023. Por qué no me deja sincronizar? He de mencionar que los datos que introduzco son correctos.

  • First, upgrade to Zotero 4.0.17 — you're still on 4.0.16 — and check your database integrity in the Advanced -> Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences. If the integrity check doesn't find any errors and you're still having trouble, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error.
