Unable to upgrade to paid service

However a blank page with no response.

    I need to buy storage urgently to enable me to continue using zotero. Stripe is not available for Japan. How can I go about this. Please help

    Got no reply for email shot out to website moderators.
    However after a few day of wait the payment was automatically successful.
