Lost Word file after Zotero installation
I installed Zotero into Word (2011 for Mac), after which all my open Word files came back after it reopened. However, the one I had done days of work on (and, of course, not saved) came back without all the changes I had made -- despite having auto-recover supposedly saving every 5 minutes. (I had opened the original document from an email - and then, stupidly, not saved it as I worked on it.)
Did something about the Zotero installation erase the changes I had made to the document and also erase whatever temporary/autorecover/autosave files were supposed to have been saved?
Please help if you can.

Your document may still be somewhere (maybe you saved it to the temporary location that it was opened from), but I have no idea where it would be on a Mac.

Mac's TimeMachine makes it so easy to recover from this sort of thing. The only thing you need is an external drive and suitable connector cables.
