how to move file within library?

hi all,

How to move file e.g. pdf file to parent index?. Keep in mind that this is inside library window.

The only things I know is to drag the pdf file into the parent index. Which is tiresome because my library is too big and dragging file by holding it and drag it to the upper window for it to scroll up till the parent index.

Is there anyway that I can just cut pdf file inside the library and paste it into parent index?

    I create a temporary collection, then drag both the pdf and the parent item into it. Now there are only two items in the collection and it's easy to drag the file onto the parent.

    Afterward, just remove the collection. Or leave the collection and just remove the items from the collection. That way your Temp collection is all ready for the next issue.
