Database upgrade error
My stand alone Zotero won't open and give me the following message:
Database upgrade error
[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80630001 (NS_ERROR_STORAGE_BUSY) [mozIStorageConnection.commitTransaction]" nsresult: "0x80630001 (NS_ERROR_STORAGE_BUSY)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/db.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 497" data: no] [ERROR: database is locked]
I noticed that it was upgraded from 4.0.08 to 4.0.11 around 10/9 but I thought I had opened Zotero since then and it was working fine. Help?

Upgrade Storage
Is your Zotero data directory in its default location, or have you moved it elsewhere?
Thanks - restarting the computer worked.

Restart does not help.
Any ideas?
While you're at it, please make sure that your Zotero for Firefox is up to date (4.0.16).
Also, try using the Database Repair Tool (please post the Debug/Report ID that page generates). You will need to locate your Zotero data directory (if it is inside a Dropbox folder or a network location, please let us know). If you can't find it using the directions on that page, you can search your entire computer for a zotero.sqlite file.
Finally, if you have a backup of your old database, you can try to restore it. You can also try to restore a database from an automatic backup.
Again, please continue in a new thread.
