Saving records from databases not functioned

Hi,

I use Zotero for Firefox, all apears correct, but clicking on icon for saving of records from databases and catalogues (for example Worldcat) does not generate any result in database, despite of the pop-uping the window "Saving to My Library". What's problem?

    does the title of the item you're trying to save appear in the pop-up or not?

    Yes, title apear in the pop-up. It is not a problem with a special website, any website doesn't functioned...

    Where is "Actions menu (gear icon) in the Zotero toolbar" - I can't see anything like this...

    See the icon at the very top left here: http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6068/6033017415_5da0f72834_o.png (not the one pointed to by the arrow) That is what we call the "gear menu"

    I'm wondering though if you're looking in the right place - you can see your library in two places:
    1. On this webpage, by clicking on "My Library" at the top
    2. In Firefox, by clicking on the "Zotero" logo at the bottom right of your browser.

    Those are two different versions of your library, and items get saved to 2. - so there'll immediately appear there. They'll only appear in 1. when you sync:
