zotero not moving from one collection to another

hello,zotero is not moving nor copying items from one collection to the other.emotied the trash box in every collection. could be that there is a large document transfer that is blocking everything.

Make sure you're running the latest version of Zotero.

If you're still having trouble, try to provide a Report ID.

version was 4.0.16, now i downloaded 4.0.16.xpi, but that seems to make no difference.
since it does not crash in these cases, how to make a report ID?

But if "Report Errors..." is grayed out, you can provide a Debug ID for the action of moving/copying an item between collections.
