Cannot insert citations from multiple libraries

Do you know if there is any way to insert citations into a word document from multiple different libraries and maintain the bibliography?
We have multiple people working on a paper and really want to be able to add references from our own Zotero libraries. Presently, if you add a citation from another library it discovers that the existing references are not in the library and asks you if you want to delete. If you select no the citation in maintained but the bibliography reference is deleted.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    This isn't currently possible, and it's a difficult thing to do well, but it's our first priority for the plugins after releasing the upcoming Python-based versions for Mac Word 2008 and OpenOffice.
