How to convert a Child Note to Standalone Note ?

Can you convert a Child Note to a Standalone Note ? (and opposite)

    Standalone Note --> Child Note: Drag onto a parent item.

    (although, unfortunately, the first one of those is a bit tricky - you need to make sure you're actually between two items, not on a different item, when you let go).
