Word 2010 addin not displayed

I'm running Word 2010 standard, I have the latest version of Zotero for firefox and the word plugin insalled. I clicked re-install in Firefox and it says the word plugin is successful. C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP\Zotero.dot is the location of the .dot and the Word startup path. However, when I open Word there is no Add-Ins tab with Zotero. There are no errors displayed either, how can I determine what is going on.

    Is Zotero listed under File -> Options -> Add-Ins?
    If it is, select Templates at the bottom of that window (under Manage), click Go and see if Zotero.dot is enabled/loaded.
