Can not save article from Webside (IEEE), Report ID 677720770

Hello everybody,

When I want to save a paper from the IEEE Explorer Webpage, I get the following error message (translated from the original German error message): "Could not save article - An error occured while trying to save the article. If this error happens again contact the author of the translater."

How can I contact the author or solve the problem? Many thanks in advance. Best

    Hi,

    it is for example not working with

    But today I realized if I copy the Zotero folder to my other Computer, also with a installed Zotero, I can grab the article by clicking the sign in the browser address bar. So is there anything more I have to regard when copying the Zotero folder to other computers (both use Zotero 1.07 and Firefox 3.01)?
