Unable to Access Zotero file in local storage directory during sync

I recently updated the webdav feature of my account to sync across webdav, and when I hit the sync feature, I received an error that it was unable to access the .js file for a particular archive item in my local storage folder and the syncing stopped.

I run Zotero 4.0.11 on Linux x86_64 at home and Zotero 4.0.16 on Win7 at work. I updated the webdav settings on the Win7 machine this morning without a problem.

My error report number is: 2050112532.

    I just attempted the sync again and got this specific error:

    Error for operation 'open' for /home/kevin/.zotero/zotero/vb5xs1u5.default/zotero/storage/6VAG3UM6/90918410-AMERICAN-PERCEPTIONS-OF-CHINA‘S-ANTI-ACCESS-AND-AREA-DENIAL-CAPABILITIES-IMPLICATIONS-FOR-U-S-MILITARY-OPERATIONS-IN-THE-WESTERN-PACIFIC.pdf

    Upgrade to Zotero 4.0.16. You're still running 4.0.11, which is well out of date.

    If you're still having trouble after upgrading, provide another Report ID.
