Problem with writing of the publication date

Some scientific papers were publicated in journal or conference proceeding, in which date of publication is not in typical format, e.g.:
2013-01-01 (y-m-d)
2013-01 (y-m)
2013 (y)

but date have some months or some days, e.g.:
- for journal: 2013-01/02 (y-m/m) - Jan./Feb. 2013
- for conference proceeding: 2013-01-01/05 (y-m-d/d) - Jan.01 2013 - Jan.05 2013.

I do not know, how I can write these dates in Zotero?
  • unfortunately, Zotero doesn't deal well with date ranges, so you can't really. We're certainly aware of this as a limitation and it's going to improve.
For journals you can consider putting this into the "issue" field.
