can not sync Zotero

I have been getting several report ID codes when I try to sink –Report ID: 1106674900, 1986298440, 919914557. I have no idea what the problem is.

Can anyone help me?

    First name '[...]' too long
    Search for the text in the message, find the item with that author's name, and fix it or delete it and empty the trash. (It could also be in the trash already, or in any libraries you're a member of where you've added items locally.)

    If the item in question came from a website, you should also tell us which one so that we can fix the site translator. (It could also have come from an import.)

    Hello,
    I have synced Zotero in my desktop computer with one account. Now I want to collect references with differnet account. I could sign in with different account but the previous acccount is still in the tools of Mozilla. How could I use different account without damaing the previously synced data in the zotero cloud system previous acccount.
