Upgrade StorageDead object
When I try to synchronize I get the following message: "Can't access dead object". Report ID: 1159158684

dstillmanCan you see if this still happens in 4.0.15? (You're still on 4.0.14.) If so, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces it.
