Lose Zotero

Hi,
Im using zotero to manage my documents, I'm using win 7 and I setup zoteron in D:\\zotero\. now I want to re-install my win7. My question is after re-install, is Zotero still there? or I must reinstall the zotero ?

    I want to sure becuse zotere save so many thing, if reinstall the down know how to remember.

    You mean that your Zotero data directory is located there? See http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data if you're not sure where it is.

    Zotero itself is usually installed either as a Firefox extension in the Firefox profile directory or in Program Files (if you installed Standalone). So if you reformat/reinstall Windows, those would disappear, but your data directory should remain on the D: drive (I am assuming that you're reinstalling to C:). After reinstalling, you would install Zotero and point its data directory to where it used to be.

    Of course you should make backups of the data directory anyway. Better to be safe than sorry.
