this is a recurring problem. The only way of fixing it seems to be retyping an entire document. There are no broken citations as this error occurs from the very first citation. Zotero boots out to programming language and records an error in the following text: fnPrefix = Mid(sName, nLoc, 11).

dstillmanThose aren't Zotero errors in the error report, but, assuming the various suggestions on the word processor plugin troubleshooting page aren't helpful, you may want to wait for the rewritten word processor plugins, which will be out soon.
