"an internal server error occurred" error message when trying to get to "groups" part of site

I'm considering using Zotero for a collaborative project, using the groups feature. But I'm having trouble getting onto the "groups" part of the Zotero website in order to add new users. Whenever I do, it times out and gives me the "an internal server error occurred" error message. I just want to see if there is some problem on my end, or if there is a way to get around this, before I set everything up through Zotero. Thanks,
