Problem in Firefox

When trying to start Zotero in Firefox appears this message: "Your Zotero database is currently in use. Only one instance of Zotero using the same database may be opened simultaneously at this time. If Zotero Standalone is open, please close it and restart Firefox".
I restart Firefox but the same message displays.

    have you tried restarting your computer?

    Also make sure you're using the latest version of Zotero, 4.0.13, for both Firefox and Standalone.

    Zotero version is 4.0.13. I restarted the computer twice but the problem remains. After some time without trying anything (about two hours) the problem dissapeared.

    ZOtero tell me an error when a want to synchronize my computer with le web library.I use a MAC.

    mariellepic: Please upgrade to Zotero 4.0.14 and, if you're still having trouble, start a new thread, using the red "Start a New Discussion" button at the top of the page. We may not respond in French, but your posting in French is no problem.
