Upgrade Storagecannot see group bibliography
Hello. I have students using Zotero to share bibliographies with me. They invited me to their groups, but I cannot see the references they are putting in their bibs. (Yes, they are adding sources.) What can I do about this?
Additional info: there are a couple of them for whom I can see a few sources from a while back, but their lists are seemingly not updating. On the whole, however, I can't see people's lists even though I am a member of their group. Thanks for any help.

aurimasCan you see them on zotero.org? If so, then check to make sure that your Zotero client is syncing properly. There should not be an exclamation mark next to the circular green arrow at the top right of the Zotero window.

cmanganaroWhoops, I see. There is no exclamation point, yet I can't see their sources online or in my library.

aurimasIf you can't see them on zotero.org (you're looking at their group libraries, right?) then they have not synced the sources to zotero.org. Have them first double-check that syncing is configured correctly (http://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/sync) and if that was not the issue, have them follow the steps here: http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing
