ACM translator issue

Hello everybody,

I'm having troubles when I try to store the ACM DL's search results. When I click on the yellow folder the following message is shown to me: "An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues for more information."

I checked the Translator issues webpage and tried everything written there, including reseting the translators.

This error only happens when I try to save multiple items (typically the results from a search). When I try to save a single item (not using the yellow folder icon but the conference paper icon), I don't get any trouble. It saves perfectly!

Do you know what it can be? How may I solve this trouble?
