Hi there,

I don't know what's wrong with my sync proccess but it is giving me some pain. Every time I try to sync a window pops in with this errors report(see below) - then I accept and the system suggests me to contact you with the id report number here.

So what I should do?

    There are no Zotero errors in there. What's the actual message you're seeing in the dialog when you click the sync error icon? (The error report with the text above doesn't appear until you click Report Errors, so ignore that for the moment.)

    Sorry - I just emptied the recycle bin and apparently is fixed!
