Upgrade Storage[mlz] Remove "by" for Editor in Note in MLZ CMS
In a CMS note, the editorial statement should read:
'ed. John Smith',
not
'ed. by John Smith'.
(The bib should, however, read 'Edited by John Smith'.)
Ditto for translator.

adamsmith(this works correctly in the regular Zotero version of CMS. We re-define the verb-short forms for translator and editor there, I think those terms were changed a while back in the locale, probably the MLZ version just needs updating)
