RSS for specific collection

Hi,
I'm wondering: Is there any possibility to create RSS-feeds for specific collections, i.e. not for the whole group/group library?

I just started a new privat group on Zotero and now I'd like to link specific collections through an RSS-feed each. Setting up an RSS for the whole group library works perfect for me (even with the workaround by replacing the username with a groupname etc. as described in the forums). But now I need to link only selected collections and I just can't figure it out. Any ideas? Thanks!
  • If you just go to the library view online (here at zotero.org ) and click on a collection on the left, the "Subscribe to this feed" button will give you an RSS feed for that specific collection. Same for tags, btw.

If you do need to manually create RSS feed URLs/requests, see here for API documentation:

Thanks a lot! After your answer I was able to figure out what was confusing me: Clicking the subscribe button did generate a functioning feed in Thunderbird on my PC (which I use as default app in Firefox for reading RSS), but as soon as I tryied to "manually" subscribe using the feed-adress in Settings>Feeds/API, it simply didnt work.

So now I disabled Thunderbird via Firefox>Options>Applications>RSS and enabled the option "Preview in Firefox". The feeds generated in this "preview" work perfectly.

    Thank you once more!
  • (The Zotero API actually generates Atom, not RSS.)
