Syncing error - "First name '2008' too long"?

Hello,
I am experiencing a syncing error and appreciate your help. The error message reads ---

I went through each single item to see if there is such a name in my library, but there is none. Thanks for your help in advance.

    have you emptied your Zotero trash at the bottom of the left hand panel?

    Thanks so much, Adamsmith. I did empty the trash and it worked. I now have no problem in synching!

    Any idea where that item came from? A bit late to be asking that question I guess, but maybe you saw it before emptying trash.

    I am responding, by assuming your question was raised for me.... I am not sure what caused this issue, but this problem happened very recently. But, I didn't use Zotero for 2-3 weeks in Sept. and last week I uploaded some entries, some of which are not scholarly articles that I normally use. I am not sure if my answer makes a sense...

    Yes, I was addressing you. That's alright though, I doubt we'll be able to figure out the cause for this particular case (I was hoping you imported the item from a website that you could recall). If you do run into this problem again, take a look at the "Library Catalog" and "URL" fields before deleting the item. They may help us troubleshoot this further.
