I cannot see all my documents

I have installed zotero on my work pc and on my home pc. When I syncronized the two pcs by logging on my zotero account. The problem is that not all the documents on my work pc are syncronized on my home pc, but I can see just a couple of them.

    Do you mean that you entered you account information under Preferences -> Sync?

    Are you sure that you are not getting an error during sync (on either computer)? There would be a red exclamation mark next to the green circular arrow at the top right of Zotero screen.

    Also, are you certain that you are using the same account on both computers?
