no toolbar in LibreOffice

Dear all,

While I was working in LibreOffice a few days ago, suddenly the zotero toolbar stopped working. I first re-installed the extension. No success. Then I did everything on the troubleshooting page, several times. Eventually, this morning, I uninstalled ALL Java, ALL LibreOffice and OpenOffice I could possibly find, rebooted, installed Java and LibreOffice again, re-installed the extension again, rebooted again and opened Writer to see if the toolbar was there: it wasn't (that is to say: the icons aren't there). I have the newest version of everything and run them on Windows 7. What can I try next?

    Solved it! It did work eventually, when I rebooted my machine again. Thanks

    Great! For future reference, it's probably best to do a quick search on zotero website and, if nothing comes up, post to the forums for help. Re-installing software is rarely the solution to most problems we see reported.

    Anyway, glad you sorted it out.
