Have data properly saved in zotero server but not in zotero fire fox site

I opened a topic a couple of days ago regarding backing up zotero data. I got the following reply:

"Read this page: https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data

Part way down is a section on backing up your Zotero library. It ends with 2 warnings.

Warning — Syncing: Syncing is not a substitute for backing up. For example, if you accidentally delete items in your library and sync your Zotero library, you won't be able to recover these items from the Zotero server.

Warning — Import/Export: Zotero allows you to export your Zotero library as a Zotero RDF file. However, exporting and importing your library via RDF won't result in an exact copy of your library, and it isn't recommended as a backup strategy."

Well, I followed the instructions, or at least I think I did, and now all the data that I had organized in my zotero firefox file is moved around and the folder I choose to save this data is not organized either.
Only in the library of my ZOTERO SERVER I have everything organized.
I read a forum regarding saving data from the server into the firefox file but it saves it without any organization either. Now I have two questions:
1.- Do I need to organize my data again in my zotero firefox file or there is a way to save it properly from the server to the file?
2.- In the meantime, if I need to save more data, What do I do? Can I unable the sync funtion for not to loss any data from the server?
I have spent 3 hours trying to figure out what to do but I cannot find a solution.

Thanking you in advance,
