What do you mean _export_ your library? If you mean add citations and generate a bibliography, do you have the appropriate word-processor plugin installed? https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation
Note: Your title indicates you want to export all of your items which leads us to think of this http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/exporting (which is _not_ a recommended way to backup a library.
Anyhow, Please post back with more info on what you want to do, and what is not working.
