MLA 7th ed.: Replace ampersand with 'and' (editors, book section)
I am unable to find where I have to change the CSL file to accomplish what I think is right according to MLA style.

So within the macro "editor-translator" you changed <name and="symbol" delimiter=", "/> to <name and="text" delimiter=", "/>.
I would have never found that.
