syncing removes note from collection

each time i sync an updated standalone note it syncs properly but is removed from the collection it belongs to and dumped back into the 'my library' root level

    this is probably not high on the list of priorities to be fixed or responded to but it would be great if the issue could be addressed!

    It's most likely fixed on the trunk.
