Syncing Error and Proxy settings in standalone.
Two separate (and hopefully unrelated issues!)
1. How to you remove a proxy PAC that is being installed in Standalone on startup but is not being run in the Firefox client? FOr some reason at startup it loads up a proxy PAC that I installed for use on another network.
2. I am getting a Downloaded ZIP file not found in Zotero.Sync.Storage._processDownloadedZip() error. The Debug ID is D256347924 (thanks Dan for helping get this!). This occurs regardless of whether I use standalone or Firefox add-on (which doesn't seem to have the proxy issue). I am using WebDav for storage via box.com and the login seems okay.
When I attempt to open the missing items, they can't be found. However, if I sent the sync to download on request, it seems to be able to download them then.

On 2), it looks like your downloads are being interrupted. We probably can't do much to help you with that, since it's usually due to security software on your system or a problem with the WebDAV provider. If you're running security software, try disabling it.
You can also try triggering the download manually for the specific file that's failing: after setting it to download on-demand, paste 'EDGE7J6Z' (without quotes) into the Zotero search bar to find the relevant file and double-click it to trigger the download. It's possible/likely that it's a particular file that's failing, and that it's just that other files are working when you try them on-demand.
I manage to correct the proxy issue, it was saved into IE, something I don't normally use.
On the second issue, changed the sync setting to download on demand and did a search for 'EDGE7J6Z' and located the missing file. It didn't seem to want to download so I simply sent it to Trash (it was just a snapshot) and ran the sync again with no problems. After changing it back to 'download on sync' there are no more sync errors being reported by the red exclamation mark but the missing files are still not syncing.
The only security software I am running is Microsoft Security Essentials and the Windows Firewall.
I have logged a follow up Debug ID is D1568588359.
Thanks!!
Zotero believes your files to be in sync. If that's not the case, you can try either adding a file on another computer (or maybe even your current computer) or doing a Reset File Sync History in the Sync->Reset pane of the Zotero preferences. If that doesn't help, see Files Not Syncing. Don't use any of the other reset options.
Happy Zoteroing!
