Upgrade Storage"The document zotero.dot caused a serious error"
I have a user that is experiencing problems with the Word plugin for Zotero when they work on networks other that our university network.
When connected to a "foreign" network, Word crashes and provides the helpful info that "Zotero.dot caused a serious error".
I don't have access to the machine in question, and can't really do very much troubleshooting as a result.
Does anyone have any similar experience?

pfyfeedited September 18, 2013Had this same issue the first time I tried using my work laptop away from the office. It was solved by using a VPN to connect back to work's network.
