My user name and password work to login to the website, but I get the red! error when I try to scyn. I am using the same username and password under firefox sync preferences that I use to login here. Any ideas?

    If you click on the red exclamation mark, it will tell you what the actual error is and will let you submit it to Zotero servers. You can then post the Report ID here so we can assist you.

    I'm having the same problem. Report ID: 648511950.

    bydavis: Start a new thread, and also tell us what the message is when you click on the sync error icon. There are no Zotero errors in your report. But start a new thread for more.
