Just upgraded to standalone 4.0.11; no addressbar icon appearing in Chrome

Just upgraded to standalone 4.0.11; no address bar icon appearing in Chrome. Have tried to save from various supported websites and no icon appears in the address bar.

    Am using Chrome 29.0.1547.62 & my OS is Mac 10.8.4 - have updated everything per instructions.

    is the error report from Zotero Standalone or from the Chrome Connector? We'd want the latter. Also, when you click on "Options" in for the Zotero Chrome Connector, what does it say under Zotero Standalone?

    It's from the version 4.0.8.1 of the Chrome connector.

    The most recent version of the plugin is 4.0.8.2 - see if updating helps.

    The only difference between 4.0.8.1 and 4.0.8.2 is in the packaging, so upgrading won't make a difference. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if the debug IDs for 4.0.8.2 say 4.0.8.1 in the report ID.

    Would you mind providing a debug ID for what happens when you go to the above sites?

    I keep getting the connector for chrome, and it says "connector added", but the zotero icon never shows up in my url box. Suggestions? On a Mac running 4.0.8

    That debug ID is empty. Did you load one of the above pages after enabling logging? If not, can you create another debug ID?
