What's the exact URL you're trying to download? The Windows client downloads fine for me.
adamsmith: Does the error message say what the AV vendor is?

But you don't get the same sort of AccessDenied message that gaborio gets, do you? Because that one looks like a 404 from Amazon, which would be odd (unless there's a problem with a particular CloudFront region).
gaborio, what did you mean by "I got that too"?
I don't get the access denied message, no (only time I've ever seen this is when trying to access old versions of Zotero and mistyping something) - but also, CU just won't let me go there, period. The text quoted above is the entire content of the webpage they put up when I try to download and there's no opt-out.
I don't have the AV problem any more, I am still getting the 404 problem and yes I am using this link:
http://www.zotero.org/download/
I tried clearing my cache and browser data, but still, I also tried it from another network and got the same problem. I am going to try from a different computer.
http://download.zotero.org/standalone/4.0.11/Zotero-4.0.11_setup.exe
I've flushed the regional caches for that file, so try again now. If you still get an error, post the error message again and I'll report it to Amazon.
nslookup download.zotero.org
Then copy and paste the output here. (To do that, right-click in the cmd window, Select All, and right-click again, and the contents of the window should be on the clipboard.)

Glad you got it sorted out, though. If we hear another report of this, we can investigate further.
