Files Attached not downloadable in my groups via zotero.org

Hi,
I am the owner and the only admin of my zotero groups and since yesterday it is not possible to open/download the attached pdf files of my the records of the groups via zotero.org . Though it works perfectly form my library via zotero.org
The symptom: when I click on the attached file, instead of offering the option to save or open it (like with my library), the system brings me back to the library of the group! Strangely enough, via my zotero/firefox of my both computers, it works perfectly.
I did not exceed my storage limit, there is no syncing error or delay and the group type are closed membership.
Do you have any explanation? It is urgent because one of the groups contains the references to read of a course I am giving right now.

    What url do the links go to (what shows up in the browser when you hover over the link or right-click->copy link location)?

    Are you looking at the library entries for the actual attachment or the parent item? Both should work the same way but it's possible they're not.

    - From a parent item do the links to the attachment item (as opposed to the download link) work correctly? Yes they do work correctly they send me form the parent to the attachment. I can't know if it is the right attachment because I can't open it but from my zotero plugin it works great.

    What happens if you put those urls directly into the browser instead of clicking the links?

    I have copied-pasted the link in the same tab and same result: the system brings me back to the library of the group! Same behaviour!
    Have any clue?

    did you try that after I posted or did you already know the behaviour was the same? I added some debugging but don't even see your browser hitting that url.

    No as I said, I did it after your post by the time I sent my response. I have also retried it now with the same url:

    Same output. Did you see my browser hitting that url?

    okay, that's what I thought you meant.

    I've finally managed to duplicate this (you can reject my request to join your group, I thought I was going to need that to debug this issue). Hopefully I'll have it fixed in a little while.

    Ok I have tested it on the same file and finally I can download the file. Thank you, but have you any explanation why it has a different behaviour between "My Library" and "My Groups"?

    It was an issue with the way the url was parsed, making the file download url pattern not match what was expected and falling back to the group library page. Group library file downloads and personal library file downloads go through different routes which is why your personal library was unaffected.

    Sorry, but I still have a problem with the same Zotero Group/Library and only with this one.
    It is not a question of syncing but curiously I am not able to copy collections from this group to my library although I can copy items. Any hint why this collection and not others knowing that libarary settings are the same.
