APA Style Sixth Edition

I think I have a grasp on adding APA style as my preferred format for cites and a bibliography. I'm unclear on determining what edition is the default.
I see the style manager was updated 7/17/13 but does this mean it is updated to sixth edition in whole, or just parts were updated?

all major style guides follow the current edition until otherwise noted, i.e. APA follows the 6th edition.

Thanks for the prompt feedback and clarification. Here's where my confusion started. Note the following two articles are in my library. I cited them and then made a bibliography. Same author and journal source, leading me to think same style format. Note how the first author (same person)is listed slightly different in each. Is this copied verbatim from the article info? I believe (APA 6th ed., p185) it should be first initial only. Can you shed any light on this?

Devilly, G. J., & Cotton, P. (2004). Caveat emptor,caveat venditor,and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing/Management (CISD/M). Australian Psychologist, 39(1), 35–40.

Devilly, Grant J., & Cotton, P. (2003). Psychological Debriefing and the Workplace: Defining a Concept, Controversies and Guidelines for Intervention. Australian Psychologist, 38(2), 144–150.

@dphmicn, it's likely that the name Devilly is entered slightly differently for the two articles (e.g. "G. J." and "Grant J." for his initials). Zotero tends to err on the side of caution, and will produce the full "Grant J." in an effort to "disambiguate" the two Devillys. You can circumvent this by making sure the author's name is spelled exactly the same for both entries.

If we do add editions back to the style titles, which styles should we modify? All the APA, CMoS, MHRA, and MLA variants? Any others?
