Drag and drop to add tags

It would be nice to be able to drag tags onto items (and vice versa) to add tags.

    You can already drag one or more items onto tags to assign tags. I don't know that both directions are necessary--and it's also not very intuitive what would happen if multiple items were selected and you dragged a tag onto one of them.
