Session ID already set in Zotero.Sync.Server.login()
Have you tried restarting Firefox and/or your computer?

We've only ever seen that error once before, and restarting Firefox fixed it.

If that doesn't help, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces this error using the "Enable after restart" option (so that the debug output covers everything from restarting Firefox through the sync attempt).
  • I did shut down Firefox. There is a list of things to do and I have done all of them. I am clueless on why I cannot get the book to sync my articles. I just did the Debug ID as requested.
  • I also updated Firefox and Zotero. That did not work either. I made sure that I had the newer versions.
  • You'll need to actually provide the Debug ID that was issued. Also, what "list of things to do" did you follow?
  • Troubleshooting Issues with Zotero Translators
I believe there are 12 steps
  • Those steps are not quite relevant to the issue you are describing. Translators refer to website translators for importing metadata into Zotero.

Anyway, please follow Dan's request and provide the Debug ID. It should be a number like the one in your first post, but would start with a letter D.

Sorry, it took me a minute to figure that one out.

There doesn't appear to be either a startup or a sync attempt in that debug output. You'll need to check "Enable after restart", restart Firefox, sync (or let it auto-sync) so that you get the error in question, and then submit the debug output.
