How to delete a Profile associated with a non existent mail account?

Hello!
I've made a mistake on creating my profile mispelling my email address. Then I've created a second one, that supposed to be temporary. Now I want to delete the one wrongly associated with the mail that does not exist in order to still use my nickname martinianos on the correct one. Otherwise I will have to use the second profile as martinianoss.

Please can somebody help me on recovering my lost profile ?zotero.org/profile/martinianos

I either need it deleted or I need all that Is in /profile/martinianoss moved to there and the email corrected to vanderlei.gomes.martinianos@etu.univ-poitiers.fr

    The problem is that I've registered the email with a mispelling that I do not remembre and I do not remembre the password either,
    now the only thing that I have is the profile address that need to be deleted. https://www.zotero.org/martinianos. After you delete it, I will move everything from my second profile to the first one or just change my https://www.zotero.org/martinianoss with double SS to https://www.zotero.org/martinianos (it is the one that belongs to me)


    With your admistrative access you will see that the email register in the first profile there is a misspelling and that I never could in fact log me in on it.

    The easiest thing to do is just delete the first profile and let me know. I will do the others stuffs.

  • When I try to do what you've told me to do this is the message that I got from ZOTERO

  • I've fixed your email address on the martinianos account. You can reset your password on martinianos and delete the martinianoss account from https://www.zotero.org/settings/deleteaccount. (Make sure you're logged into the right account.)
